2. What should I do if the products bought from you have defect?

Please contact us without delay. Please send inspection report or defect description to us.

We will try our best to help you to solve the problem or replace good products to you.

3. When defect happens, how many days can I get 8D report?

After we confirm the defect, we will send you 8D report within 1~2 Days.
