1. What is necessary before place order?

You need to confirm our samples or datasheet. This can guarantee that we provide what you need.

2. Payment Terms?

After place order, we will send PI to you. You can pay by T/T, PayPal or Western Union in advance.

If you place orders regually over a period of time, you can get better payment terms.

3. Delivery time?

For 7 segment LED display and LED dot matrix, 15~25 Days.

For LED diode and SMD LED, 7~15 days.

Delivery time changes according to order quantity and product part number.

4. Shipment?

You can tell us your courier account such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. Or you pay shipping charge to us

by PayPal, T/T or Western Union,
